I'm thrilled to announce that I've been selected as one of the artists to paint a huge owl sculpture for the 'Big Fun Art Adventure' that will be popping in North London this summer. My owl will create part of a trail, and at the end of the event, the owls will be auctioned to raise money for The North London Hospice.
I submitted my design back in December 2023, it was shortlisted in February 2024 as one of 60 designs to take to the next round, and was selected as one of 30 winning designs in April 2024! Throughout May 2024 I painted my owl according to my commissioned design, and it will be ready for the public to enjoy in August.
The trail of owl sculptures will running from August 16th until October 2024. Owls will be positioned around North London and there will be a trail map to follow. You’ll find my owl in Tottenham opposite the High Cross monument and next to the High Cross pub, on the corner of the A10 and Monument Way.
