Deliveries and Returns
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All original artwork will be carefully packaged and should be delivered within 5 working days if your order was placed within the UK. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international orders.
Prints are made individually for you to order, so may take up to 10 days to arrive in the UK and 2-3 weeks for international orders.
Please contact me via the website or at email@example.com if you require any specific information about the delivery process and timings, or have any specific requests, and I will do my best to accommodate them.
What are your delivery costs?
Deliveries to any UK address are free for all parcel sizes. International deliveries charges are calculated based on region, package size and weight. Please note that import duty tax is the responsibility of the customer and Judy Century Art is not responsible for any delays in the import process.
Our international delivery regions are defined as: UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, and the rest of the world.
How will my artwork be shipped?
A4 and A3 paper paintings and prints will be sent in a card backed envelope. Paper paintings and prints which are larger than A3 will be rolled and carefully packaged in a cardboard tube.
Canvas paintings will be covered with a layer of tissue paper, wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a cardboard box.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase of an original painting or drawing, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and we can discuss a return and refund (firstname.lastname@example.org). The return postage, including insurance covering the value of the contents, must be covered by the customer and the artwork should be carefully packaged to ensure a safe return within 30 days of purchase of the artwork. Please do not send a return without prior authorisation via email.
My paper and canvas prints are professionally made on demand and therefore are printed specifically for you. This means that sales are final, and I unfortunately will not be able to offer returns or exchanges on these items. Therefore, please double check the size of the artwork before purchasing.
Please note that for all artworks, the colours you see on your screen may be slightly different to those in the artwork. Colours can appear slightly differently on different screens, tablets and phones.
Please note that for canvas prints, due to canvas print size restrictions, the image may be slightly cropped along the length to allow best fit scaling whilst maintaining the painting's proportions.
What happens if my artwork is damaged during delivery?
Your original canvas paintings will be carefully packaged with a protective layer of acid free tissue paper, followed by bubble wrap, before it is packaged in its cardboard box. Prints, paintings on paper and drawings are sent in a card-backed envelope or a cardboard tube depending on their size. All artwork should arrive safety and securely. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact me either via my website of via email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damaged goods so we can discuss further. Damaged items must be returned within 30 of purchase for a refund, once agreed.
