Enjoy a creative, social morning at my regular weekly acrylic painting course. The sessions consist of termly blocks of classes designed to explore painting in acrylics for beginners and improvers. If you are looking to learn or improve new skills or simply to enjoy spending time being creative once a week, these classes are ideal for you! Progress through easy to follow exercises designed to learn more about the medium, and put ideas into practice, creating a series of original acrylic paintings to take away. 

The classes will move through a number of topics and allow you to spend time sketching, experimenting and understanding approaches to painting, before having a go at creating paintings on each of the themes covered. Examples of themes include landscapes and still life paintings and you can see examples of previous artwork created in the image gallery. 

Friendly and relaxed guidance throughout from artist Judy Century. Small group sizes to allow lots of interaction and individual tuition - maximum 8 people per group.

 

Dates: Every Tuesday starting November 4th 2025 for 7 weeks

Parking: Please park in the roads surrounding the church. Foldingshott is a T-junction road with free parking opposite the church.

All materials are provided. Bookings cover a block of weekly classes with dates listed above. Unfortunately, if you cannot make a class, you will not get a refund as the booking is for the full block of sessions. Please bring an apron or wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy as we will be working with acrylic paints which can stain. Maximum class size 8 people.

 

This class has a minimum of 4 attendees. If there are not enough people signed up, the course will not go ahead and you will be fully refunded.
